I would like to suggest the approval of the Ghanaian Pidgin Wikipedia (gpewiki) [1][2]. The activity has been stable and high since January [3], and the localization of the most used messages is at 100 % [4].

We will need independent verification of the language. Maybe Tochi has some contacts?
