Am wondering if the occasionally teleconference would help with coordination of efforts? Realize that with us being in all parts of the world people will not be able to make all discussions. But wondering peoples thoughts on if it would help develop processes to deal with the backlog? Additionally not sure how many people will be at Wikimania however that could also be a good time to meet.
