The idea is to start of with labels that descibe concepts native to Ottoman Turkish.
However when people add labels to other items as well, I would not mind.

some discussion a while ago about the difference between Modern Turkish and Ottoman
Turkish. So what’s the deal with [ota] in Wikidata?
