I know, I know. That's the difference between Dinka which has a language association which is actively behind efforts to produce wikipedia content, and Wolaytta which *also* has a language development association who, by contrast, does not seem to know about wikipedia. I have contacted them on FB ... will see what happens ...

There is no problem with eligibility. It is the other stuff that is needed to get us to the phase for a new Wikipedia.
