What being described within the request does exist although i am doubtful about does that count as a language of its own. The wording there mean it is an actual variants of Cantonese spoken in part of SE Asia, which to my knowledge do have numerous lexicon difference from Cantonese being spoken in rest of the world with many words being absorbed from other languages in the region. And there are also different trend in pronunciation shift. But overall speaking they're still very intelligible to the Cantonese speaker from Guangzhou and Hong Kong, much more than some other Cantonese dialect. Also, attempted to search the chinese name of the proposed language yield no relevant result so the name is probably invented by the one who wrote the proposal.
I've rejected request for Wikipedia in "Chamuyet". They say it's the
"real Cantonese". No article on Wikipedia with that name, ~160 hits on
Google, request page on meta is the fifth. I would bet on trolling. I
left the message to them to come back with ISO 639-3 code.
