Why don't someone (an official member) talk with the organisers of WMCON. Maybe they can give a small talk or at least participate of the corridors talk.
Many people with many native languages attend the WMCON. Even if they aren't speakers of languages now in the incubator maybe they know someone in their own lands who do speak or will meet some speakers of small languages.
Would be great, in my opinion, if the participants could get information about the Langcom and its work. They will come back to their lands and language areas with more information and will guide more people there to you.
