This is basically the same situation as with Nauruan. Activity is non-existent and articles are almost exclusively one-sentence stubs. On <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Proposals_for_closing_projects/Closure_of_Lak_Wikipedia_3#Current_events> some activities in April 2021 were mentioned, but they seem to have been the only extent of this revival (so there are now 3 substantial articles instead of 1, I'd think). I would also lean towards closure.
