Hallo!

I took the liberty to mark a few languages as ineligible:
1. https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Belgorod_Dialect - no ISO code.
2. https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Canadian_French - not unique.
3. https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Chesterian - no ISO code.
4. https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Classical_Japanese_3 - ancient.
5. https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Cretan - no ISO code.
6. https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_G%C4%99l%C3%BEaska - no ISO code, ancient, barely attested.

If anyone disagrees, feel free to revert.

Plus, a general question: Perhaps there should be a value in the language_code parameter in the {{New wiki request}} template on pages of languages with no ISO code? For example, mis or und? Or should we just leave it empty?

Can be left empty, I think. Not having a code is meaningful it itself.
