I concur. There are 3 projects in this language being created this year, but their steady contribution makes this a no-brainer.

I would like to approve the creation of Wikiquote in Gungbe (guwwikiquote) [1].

The activity has been high and stable since March [2], and localization is looking good [3] and ongoing [4].
