Hallo!

I am going through https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Open_requests_for_new_languages , project by project, letter by letter, up to ten requests per email, one email per day.

I am now working on Wikipedia, and today I'm handling the letters Q and R. Two letters this time, because there are very few requests in them.

== Queretaro otomi ==
I took the liberty to delete the page https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Queretaro_otomi , which was created by a banned user and wasn't edited much by other people. There is some content in the incubator in this language, which doesn't look too bad, so I see no immediate reason to delete it.

== Rajasthani ==
Request: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Rajasthani
code: raj
My take: Waiting. See my other email about it, with the subject "Rajasthani and Hadothi".
