The cultural issues that this person will face are significant, even more as they dont speak the language.  After 3 years of work on the NYS language with local community support it'll go nowhere.

Wikimedia Australia and myself will help any of the indigenous language groups develop a Wikipedia ultimately having over 300 Indigenous Australia language projects would awesome but dont set them up to fail specially like this where the damage done and lost of trust from the speaking community will have a profound lasting impact on sharing knowledge.
