Ehm. If I recall correctly the questions I sent to this list before the approval, these questions were already discussed at length, with the conclusion that a gom-deva wiki at gom.wp.org should be approved, and that script conversion is not possible.

It seems to me it is a matter for this committee and for the existing community of Devanagari Konkani (apparently partially overlapping with the Latin Konkani contributor base!) to determine.  I.e. whether Latin articles should live in gom.wikipedia.org alongside Devanagari or not, and if not, whether a separate Latin Konkani Wikipedia is warranted, or whether a script-transliteration gadget like the Serbian one is possible.
