I suggest "on hold" status for the request for [Wikipedia in] Ainu
[1]. While it's a valid language with large enough ethnic population,
just 10 people speak it [2]. Explanation for the "on hold" status
should be "waiting for native speakers".

FYI, there is some effort to revitalise this language. The ethnologue.com numbers may be outdated as there is even a magazine published four times a year : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ainu_Times

Still "on hold" is probably (and sadly) the way to go.
