I forwarded verification to the private langcom list on February 22, and there have been no objections to it, so I have posted about its intended approval on Talk:Language committee; the creation tasks can be created on March 15.

Some contributors are socks, but even excluding them, I believe that the activities of contributors to this project meet the general criteria.

I'm not against the approval, but random sampling finds quite a few pages that are actually empty or very short. It has only headings or no content, only categories.

Not as far as I know, searching Angika in my archives only had some hits from ~2011. I believe Satdeep can help with this though.

They have had stable activity all year [2], and the most used messages are almost fully translated [3] (only 6 missing messages, but that can be done in a few minutes).
