Two of the three open requests are simple and eligible: Wikivoyage Nepali and Wikivoyage Belarusian.

The test supporting the third request, Wikivoyage Gilaki, has a main page and one content page created around the time of the RFL request, and then nothing. So I will mark that one on hold pending some more activity.
