I would like to propose the approval of the Sylheti Wikipedia (Wp/syl) [1]. The project has had satisfactory activity since at least December 2022, and notably one of the main contributors has stayed active since August 2018 (that's five years!) [2]. The localization is also good, with the most important messages having been translated as well as ongoing translation of the rest of MediaWiki core [3].

Since this will be the first Wikimedia project in this language, we will need verification for it.
