In Wikidata there was a proposal to add special fallback pseudo-languages to make it possible to have labels that work by writing system rather than by language:
The proposal was to use language codes such as mul-latn, etc.
It kind of makes sense to me, but I'd like to ask the language code standards experts in the committee: is such usage standard?
