Agreement from me also - so I guess any FB-post should be duplicated to the blog and vice versa.

Hi agree with Amir that not everybody is on facebook and writing blog posts is indeed better.

But having a facebook page will also help us. And yes it should not the only place where we share stories.

Just please don't make it the only place where this is announced. Not everybody has a Facebook account. Also, Facebook is very ephemeral - posts come and go, they are hard to search, and it's challenging to find old ones.

A recently suggested idea, that a Langcom member who champions a new project would write a blog post about is much more sustainable, aligned with Wikimedia values, and convenient.
