I have previously raised requests for many Wikisources from the Philippines ready for approval but didn't get a response. So, I think it's better to not club them together and seek your comments for one language Wikisource at a time.
So, with *7 months of regular activity *(check catanalysis https://meta.toolforge.org/catanalysis/index.php?cat=1&title=Tagalog&wiki=sourceswiki#distribution_2025-02) and more than 83% of ProofreadPage Extension related messages (check https://codelookup.toolforge.org/tl), I propose the approval for Tagalog Wikisource.
