Follow-up after a week.

== Balantak ==
Request: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Balantak
Code: blz
My take: I initially said "Eligible", but I took a closer look, and I see that it was requested by an anonymous user, there is no incubator, and the questions from other users went unanswered. The language is probably eligible, and the request was probably made in good faith, but it can't be really eligible in this state. I wonder if it should be marked as "rejected", "waiting", or just deleted. My current inclination is to delete because there is very little discussion worth preserving.

== Balochi (unified) ==
I hope to post an interesting update about it Very Soon :)

I marked it as eligible.

== Bororo ==
Request: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Bororo
Code: bor
My take: I posted a question to the user who created the request: https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:JaandeBoer&oldid=27588619 . If there is no reply in a week, I'll mark it as rejected with no prejudice against reopening.

== Braj ==
Request: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Braj
Code: bra
Status: Initially I wrote "Eligible", but upon a closer look, I decided to write to the request creator and ask for clarifications: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User_talk:%E0%A4%90%E0%A4%95%E0%A5%8D%E0%A4%9F%E0%A4%BF%E0%A4%B5%E0%A5%87%E0%A4%9F%E0%A5%87%E0%A4%A1%E0%A5%8D#Braj_Wikipedia . That user has been acitve recently, so perhaps we'll see a reply soon.

== Buhinon ==
Request: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Buhinon
Code: ubl
Statis: I'm waiting for a response at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Boineun . If I don't get it next week, I'll mark it as rejected with no prejudice against reopening.

Hallo!

I am going through https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Open_requests_for_new_languages , project by project, letter by letter, up to ten requests per email, one email per day.

I am now working on Wikipedia, and today I'm handling the letter B.

== Balantak ==
Request: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Balantak
Code: blz
My take: Eligible.

== Balochi (unified) ==
Request: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Balochi
Code: bal
My take: Hard to decide without expert consultation: should it be one wiki (bal.wikipedia.org) or several wikis (bgn.wikipedia.org, bcc.wikipedia.org, bgp.wikipedia.org)? I've already emailed an expert a few weeks ago, but got no reply, and today I tried emailing another. I'm suggesting marking it as "waiting" and adding the comment: "The Language committee is consulting with experts and trying to figure out whether this should be one wiki for all varieties of Balochi, or a separate wiki for each variety." Any other suggestions?

== Bole ==
Request: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Bole
Code: bol
My take: Eligible.

== Bororo ==
Request: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Bororo
Code: bor
My take: Eligible, albeit very small, and there's no Incubator activity.

== Braj ==
Request: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Braj
Code: bra
My take: Eligible.

== Buhinon ==
Request: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Buhinon
Code: ubl
My take: I'm not sure. It confuses me a bit. There is already the Central Bicol Wikipedia (bcl), and it's even somewhat active. According to https://iso639-3.sil.org/code/ubl , Buhi'non and Central are a part of the same macro-language, but according to Glottolog, the two languages are in different branches under Bicol languages, so maybe they are distinct. Does anybody have an idea?
