Right, conversion does not seem a compelling solution. There still remains
the question of what to do with the (non-zero) energy apparent behind Latin
Konkani as well.

It seems to me it is a matter for this committee and for the existing
community of Devanagari Konkani (apparently partially overlapping with the
Latin Konkani contributor base!) to determine. I.e. whether Latin articles
should live in
gom.wikipedia.org alongside Devanagari or not, and if
not, whether a separate Latin Konkani Wikipedia is warranted, or whether a
script-transliteration gadget like the Serbian one is possible.
