Pashto Wikivoyage [1] community has been working regularly for the past 9 months with more than 3 editors per month (even 7 editors in some months) [2]. There are more than 300 pages as of now. In my opinion, we should approve this project now. We should not need approval from an expert since Pashto Wikipedia exists already.
