The level of activity looks extremely impressive at first glance, but I suppose most of it is due to a concentrated effort on creating thematic articles on places. This is something that can be achieved with a bot these days with the right set of data and a capable operator, which I have no problem with of course. I must also admit that I like a good skeletal structure for a wiki to kick things off with. And I do see some impressive articles of decent size as well, so the work on Incubator is more than enough I'd say.
As MF says, at this stage, I'm only asking about eligibility and not final approval, so it's not a big deal.
