I agree that the community has been working hard on it, so on the whole it's probably approvable (or very close).

I do have two technical points to bring up:

There are a number of pages with lines that were indented with spaces, thus throwing off the formatting of the page. Can someone please work with the community to fix those? (Example: https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wp/sat/%E1%B1%A5%E1%B1%9F.%E1%B1%AB%E1%B1%B7%E1%B1%A9_%E1%B1%A8%E1%B1%9F%E1%B1%A2%E1%B1%AA%E1%B1%9F%E1%B1%B8%E1%B1%AB%E1%B1%BD_%E1%B1%A2%E1%B1%A9%E1%B1%A8%E1%B1%A2%E1%B1%A9)
Since this project will require a language review (first project in language), I would like to bring up the issue of the use of the Ol Chiki script in the project. I would like some assurance from whoever reviews the project that there will not be large numbers of Santali speakers frozen out because they cannot use the script. (I don't know that to be the case. I do know that in the last several months there has been a trend to move all content using other scripts to this script, and I want to make sure that's not really a problem.) I am undertaking several things that I previously announced I would do, because there were no further comments on them:

*   Rejecting request to close Malagasy Wikibooks—comment by only one LangCom member is not sufficient to constitute consensus to close a project that has no violatons of fundamental rules
*   Rejecting two related requests for a Romanized Pashto Wikipedia, suggesting that anyone interested in the idea propose a script conversion gadget to the pswiki community instead.
*   Changing the language code on the request for Marwari Wikipedia from mwr (a macrolanguage) to rwr (principle component language of the macrolanguage, also called "Marwari"), and then marking it eligible. All the content of the current test project is in that component language, and it will also be moved. (This will take me a couple of days to finish.)

I'd request MF-W, especially, to look again at the request to close the Wikimedia Macedonia wiki. I'm not sure if wikis like that are actually in the purview of the committee, and I'm not sure it's a good idea to close it officially, anyway. But I do wonder if the wiki should be locked until the leadership situation within WM Macedonia is clarified.
