I would like to suggest the approval of Shan Wikibooks (shnwikibooks) [1].
This is a little bit special, because in all of LangCom's history, we have only approved 2 Wikibooks projects! One in 2010, and one in 2017.
By comparison, the Shan Wikipedia was approved in 2018, Shan Wiktionary in 2020 and Shan Wikivoyage in 2022, so at this rate it won't be long until there are more Shan projects than there are Wikimedia projects. ;-)
The localization [2] is very good, and the activity levels [3] have been stable pretty much since the very beginning of the test project, and that's not something you see very often.
If there are no objections within a week, I will post on [[Talk:Language committee]], and then we take it from there.
