I think this should be reconsidered in January.
At the moment the activity
of the recent months does not fulfill the criteria of at least 3 regular
contributors every month.
About translation: The most-used messages are completed (save one msg),
there's no problem there.
Also, the wiki would be
ady.wikipedia.org with ady-cyrl as language,
correct?
