I have checked the syl Wikipedia incubator project but the letters do not appear at all (formatting issue probably, I see only small squares). I do not know if it is only for me but if other colleagues have the same issue, then maybe it has to be solved before moving forward with the approval. Can anyone confirm?

I would like to propose the approval of the Sylheti Wikipedia (Wp/syl) [1]. The project has had satisfactory activity since at least December 2022, and notably one of the main contributors has stayed active since August 2018 (that's five years!) [2]. The localization is also good, with the most important messages having been translated as well as ongoing translation of the rest of MediaWiki core [3].

Since this will be the first Wikimedia project in this language, we will need verification for it.
