Seeing the requester for Chuj and the grand total of 3 edits on Incubator by the possible native speaker, maybe a deletion is also better.

Deleted Calo.

The requests by Gusss35 and Boineun maybe also are better to be deleted, if they don't respond.

No concerns about the rest.

Hallo!

I am going through https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Open_requests_for_new_languages , project by project, letter by letter, up to ten requests per email, one email per day.

I am now working on Wikipedia, and today I'm handling the letter C.

Meta-update: I changed the https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:New_wiki_request template to sort the requests in the categories by the language name rather than putting them all under the letter R :)

== Caló ==
Code: rmq
My take: *Delete the request page.* That's right. The language is most likely eligible, but the request, as it is now, is pointless. The request was made by a person who probably doesn't know the language. No substantial information was added to the request, other than the template, despite the questions. The content of the Incubator is written by the same user or by another user who makes edits in many languages and most likely doesn't know this language.

So even though the language is probably eligible, it's better to start it from a blank slate when someone who actually knows it comes in.

== Carpathian Romani ==
Code: rmc
My take: Eligible.

== Central Kanuri ==
Code: knc
My take: Eligible, and should probably be even marked as "approved".

== Siberian Yupik ==
Code: ess
My take: Eligible. I don't have a problem with the fact that it's spoken by fewer than 1000 people. The request was made by someone who made meaningful contributions to Russian Wikipedia articles about languages of that group. Unfortunately, the request is quite old, but go figure, it can come alive.

== Central Tagbanwa ==
Code: tgt
My take: Eligible, but it is one of several requests made by the same user, who didn't do much else. See https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Boineun .

== Chitonga ==
Code: toi
My take: Eligible.

== Chuj ==
Code: cac
My take: Probably eligible. Almost all the contribution to the request and to the Incubator is by a Ukrainian user, but there's also a bit of contribution by someone who may be an actual speaker, albeit six years ago :(

== Chuuk ==
Code: chk
My take: The language looks eligible, but I pinged the user who created the request recently to check that they actually plan to work on it: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Gusss35
