I have looked at the test-wiki (Wp/shn) on Incubator. The most-used messages are complete and the activity looks ok <https://tools.wmflabs.org/meta/catanalysis/index.php?cat=0&title=Wp/shn&wiki=incubatorwiki#distribution_2018-02>, however I looked at a random selection of pages (ca. 20) and every single one of them contained at max. one sentence and then just empty section headings. That does not look good.
