I see no reason to rate the approval of this project less favorably than the previously approved Wp/fon.

They have shown that the project can last for at least 6 months.

Taking a look at the development of this Wiki, it seems that at some periods, it was very active (such as in December 2022 or April 2023). In others, it has much less, but as you said, at least 3 editors were active since July 2023. I am neutral regarding this approval, but if other colleagues agree on going forward with it, I am fine with that!
