I think this proposal should be rejected. Their test project page has been deleted from the incubator.
First of all, this is not a language and it violates the requirements of the LPP as it has not been assigned an ISO 639 code. The proposal itself feels like nonsense to me, but I am not sure if I can reject it alone, so I post it.
