I would like to propose the approval of Livvi-Karelian Wikipedia (Meta request: [1]).
The test-project is active with several (at least 7!) different active users since Aug/Sept 2015 ([2]) and the most-used messages are complete ([3]).
As the request has not been marked as eligible yet, is there anything which speaks against the eligibility of this language?
