I support the approval. I've checked it out and there has been a lot of activities even though I don't understand the language myself.

Most important core messages have already been translated(99.82%)[2]. The request has already been submitted[3]. This already has kaawiki; unless there are special circumstances, expert verification is not likely to be necessary.
