Given that there have been no objections in almost 2 weeks, I posted this: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Language_committee#Notification_about_proposed_approval_of_Igbo_Wiktionary_and_Wikiquote

Hello all,

I would like to suggest the approval of the Igbo [ig] Wiktionary:
https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wt/ig

The activity has been high and stable since March:
https://tools.wmflabs.org/meta/catanalysis/index.php?cat=0&title=Wt/ig&wiki=incubatorwiki
In addition to that, there has also been several periods of high activity in the past, which I think is a good sign.

The localization of the most used messages is at 96 %, which is trivial to get to 100 %:
https://codelookup.toolforge.org/ig
Since this is not the first project in Igbo (there is already a Wikipedia), our language proposal policy requires that "there is a continuing effort to translate the MediaWiki interface into that language", which the graphs on Translatewiki show that there is:
https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Portal:Ig

All in all, I think it is a good candidate for approval.
