I would like to suggest the approval of the Igbo [ig] Wiktionary:

The activity has been high and stable since March:

In addition to that, there has also been several periods of high activity in the past, which I think is a good sign.

Since this is not the first project in Igbo (there is already a Wikipedia), our language proposal policy requires that "there is a continuing effort to translate the MediaWiki interface into that language", which the graphs on Translatewiki show that there is:

All in all, I think it is a good candidate for approval.
