the activity of the test-wiki does not suffice to me <https://tools.wmflabs.org/pathoschild-contrib/catanalysis/index.php?cat=0&title=Wy/fa&wiki=incubatorwiki#distribution_201406>:

The only month with a lot of activity was March 2014, before that, only January and July 2013 had somewhat high numbers of edits or contributors.
