Hi,
The activity in the Luba-Kasai Wikipedia Incubator (code lua) has been
pretty impressive, and although I cannot read the language, the quality of
the article appears to be good, too. They tend to be somewhat short, but
seem good enough to me.
(A comment about the language name: It is also known as Luba-Lulua, Cilubà,
and Tshilubà.)

While being taught about how to use the new dashboard, Jhs and I noticed
that https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wp/nyn is very active (the
language name is written in many different variants).
It doesn't even have a Meta request, which is fun! But it can be approved,
as it fulfills the activity criteria and has the most-used messages. It
only needs verification of the content.
