Hello,

I once had an idea for a tool, so I requested a toolserver account.
Now that I have one, I uploaded my tool; it's available at <http://toolserver.org/~robin/proposewiki/>

So the idea is to make a kind of tutorial for new wikis (the tool should be translatable later).
At the moment, there's information on many pages on meta and incubator; I think this tool gives a better overview to the whole process.
But of course the tool still needs improvement.

Opinions? Ideas?
