Dear all,

On April 15, Wikimedia Portugal held an Extraordinary General Assembly over IRC, and a new board was elected.

The new board is composed of:

• Gonçalo Themudo, president

• André Barbosa, treasurer

• Béria Lima, secretary

We also elected new members for the other official roles of the chapter:

General Assembly

• Paulo Santos Perneta, president

• Carlos Barradas, secretary

• João Carvalho, member

Fiscal Council

• Waldir Pimenta, president

• Manuel de Sousa, secretary

• João Lemos, member

The meeting was attended by 12 of our members, and we were pleased to also welcome Dumisane Ndubane, from the Affiliations Committee, as an external observer.
