You don't have to, new Huggle can parse the old config as well. The
plan now is that I will finish this:

Once that documentation / default config page is done, everyone can
use it as a reference and how-to for migration. Current configuration
page doesn't really have any documentation so migration would need to
be done by someone who understands it.

It really is optional, but at this moment I don't recommend it as
documentation for YAML config is not finished.
