Thanks for checking Brian, I missed that. It's interesting to me that this
didn't give any errors in previous uploads. I can simply use the link you
suggested and then there is no problem. So... excellent :).
So here is the issue that I feared would happen:
is a new
file but is essentially the same item, except it's a higher res. Webm.
Having both of these files seems to me less than ideal. But loosing the
added categories and (potentially) improved metadata would be a great loss.
This might be the case for quite a number of our future uploads so I would
like to hear your thoughts on how to deal with this.
Cheers,
Jesse

I double checked the whitelist for gwtoolset.
The url you're using is:
http://openbeelden.nl/files/06/51/805986.651457.WEEKNUMMER800-HRE0001D36D_1…
*.openbeelden.nl is on the whitelist, which includes things like
www.openbeelden.nl (or anything.openbeelden.nl). But it doesn't
include just plain openbeelden.nl.
Could you use
http://www.openbeelden.nl/files/06/51/805986.651457.WEEKNUMMER800-HRE0001D3…
for the url instead?
If you really need just plain openbeelden.nl with no subdomain, then
you'll have to file a request to have it added to the whitelist.
Cheers,
Brian

Hi Brian,
Thank you for your suggestions. The domain is whitelisted for all I know
(we used the same domain before, and it's on the whitelist). The file
that
I was testing with is attached. I don't think
we'll run into issues with
the size. For most videos HD is only 720x576, so still very doable in
size.
If you have any more ideas why I get this error, I'd love to hear.
Best,
Jesse

Hi all,
Preparing a new batch upload of video's. This time around there are
also
a
number of videos that we previously uploaded in
SD and now have
available
in HD. When attempting to upload using the toolset i get and error
message
when I hit 'preview batch':
"Copy uploads are not available from this domain"
I get this message regardless of whether I tick the box: "Re-upload

from URL"
Any suggestions on how to proceed?
Much appreciated.

That error usually means the url for the media file is not on
gwtoolset's whitelist. What is the url for that file? Can you give me
the XML entry for that particular file?
In regards to HD media, as always, remember that gwtoolset is limited
to files <1 gb (actually, less than 1000MB, which is slightly less
than a gigabyte). Files between 1-4 Gigabytes can be uploaded, but
require special request and different process.
