Dear Alison
You do not make it easy for Australians to work out just what time in the middle of the night they need to wake themselves to attend.
UTC time and date would be helpful in this sort of communication.  And helpful for those who have registered.
I know we are the arse-end of the world but why do we always get treated as such when choosing meeting times?
If the aim is inclusion, occasional scheduling to include the other half of the world would be helpful.
Regards,
Margaret Donald

Are you a small institution* with digitized collections that you want to share online? Do you want to help smaller organizations share their digitized collections?  Join the International Image Interoperability Framework (IIIF) Outreach Group for two ‘drop-in’ conversations where we will develop detailed use cases to help us move our work with small institutions forward as a community.

Once we’ve firmed up use cases, we plan to continue the conversation by discussing free or low-cost hosting options, exhibition and display tools, and more.

* By “small institution”, what we are generally talking about is institutions with few or no staff dedicated to managing digital collections and digital object infrastructure. This may include museums, historical societies, and archives, among others.

Outreach Community group meeting dates:
