I'm a Wikimedian in Residence in Scotland, and was wondering if anyone working in European GLAMs has had any chat about the revision of the above - aka the PSI Directive? In terms of open knowledge, this seems to be a Good Thing, although there are concerns (and they are to be expected) in some quarters about the potential impact upon income generation.
