Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in the project. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've encountered with the User Testing Instructions. We're actively working on making the process more user-friendly.

In the meantime, I have created a short 5 minutes video guide to better illustrate the steps for making a copy of the prototype template. This should help clarify the process. I'm also planning to upload it to the instruction page.

For a more in-depth discussion or assistance, the Data Product team Product Manager, Virginia Poundstone, has created bookable slots in Google Calendar. Feel free to reserve a time for prototype troubleshooting or any related questions you might have.
