[GLAM] Reviewing and Improving the Case Studies and Model Projects on Outreach

Hey All, As you have probably noticed, I have been steadily collecting GLAM case studies for the last half a year. My goal is to develop a more representative description of the various tactics available for our GLAM-Wiki activities. I have composed a proposed portal to replace both the Case Studies and Model Projects pages on outreach.
