Ooh. Handy. I'm wondering if WMF Labs could host a web app version of this for
chapters, GLAM and outreach, so we can see how well editathons and other outreach events.
It'd be useful, say, to see which editathons and outreach events have been most
effective in recruiting contributors over time.
