yes I know that email, but shall I just put the translation right next to it? Or would it be better to have a table, where to collect the translations a column for each language? Unfortunately I feel uncertain how do deal with it.

Hello, I do like the videos and would love to translate the text into German but I do not find the time to get into the software. Is there a file I could just add the translation and somebody else would fix the subtitles?

I talked about this topic in wikimedia spain mailing list and one member translated the first video (why) to Spanish. I hope we could eventually translate both into several languages.
And now, a question, how to use the video with new subtitles?
