It’s funny because there was what looked like a very successful Art + Feminism editathon at the Art Institute Library – I love the video they did.

Emily, looks like you had a hand in this?

Whether or not we can pitch a GLAM partnership to it, you should definitely visit the Art Institute! It is one of the finer art museums in the world, and I enjoyed it immensely.

Hi Emily,

Thanks for both of your e-mails. Apologies for the delayed response;
I've been waiting until I firmed up my travel plans. I should be
arriving on Tuesday evening. My event is on Weds & Thurs, so I'll be
busy daytime and with the other attendees Weds evening (you could join
us if you have an interest in ORCID). After that, I have Friday,
Saturday and until late lunch Sunday to do sightseeing and socialise.
How are you fixed?

The event I'm at is :
<http://orcid.org/content/orcid-outreach-meeting-and-codefest-may-2014>
(I'm presenting a poster on ORCID in Wikipedia and Wikidata;
registration closes on 14th May!) and I'm staying at Holiday Inn,
Chicago Mart Plaza River North.

I'm told I should eat pizza one evening; perhaps you might join me,
and feel free to invite Chris and other Wikipedians? I'm open to other
suggestions.

I hope to spend some of my time birding, at the lakeside or in a park.
Do you know a local birder who might help me with bird identification,
for an hour or so?

BTW, as a student and Wikipedia editor, you should definitely register
for an ORCID identifier.

Cheers,
