Perhaps the function of the GLAM wiki pages can be expanded to solicit topics and discussion ideas from the community.  In a manner similar to the way the Signpost editor reviews suggestions for the Signpost, perhaps the GLAMout coordinator(s) can discuss and decide forthcoming topics.
