I am running a short survey to understand (1) how GLAM practitioners use
Wikimedia tools (2) what happens when tools break or don’t behave as
expected, and (3) how people currently find support to resolve problems.
The results of this survey will help shape a Wikimedia Hackathon project
concept aimed at improving pathways for reporting issues, finding
documentation, requesting new features, and sharing reliable workarounds
and patches for bugs.
