I apologize if you received this information before; however, for the Wikipedians in the mailing list there is a new project you might be interested in. The newly created WikiProject Editor Retention http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Editor_Retention will be creating a gender gap team http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Editor_Retention/Teams . A subpage still hasn't been created for the team, but I encourage anyone interested to take part.
